exceptional food & Breads

Executive Chef: Puerto Rico–born Alberto Figueroa trained at Nobu, Jean Georges, and José Andrés Group before serving as a private chef. He now brings comforting, everyday food to the valley he loves.

Pastry Chef: NY-born, Brazil-raised Andre Silva spent a decade mastering bread. In the Roaring Fork Valley for 7 years, he crafts our signature Aspen–NYC bagels with altitude-tested recipes and NYC water.
