Born and raised in Puerto Rico, Chef Alberto Figueroa honed his craft at renowned establishments like Nobu, Jean Georges, and José Andrés Group. A former private family chef, he brings comforting, everyday food to the valley he loves.

Artisanal breads & bagels

NY-born, Brazil-raised Chef Andre Silva spent a decade mastering bread. Living in Roaring Fork Valley for 7 years he brings experiences from Aspen Ski Company to Meat & Cheese. He crafts our signature Aspen-NYC bagels using altitude-tested recipes and NYC water.
